Independence Day & Rakhi Celebrations at The Banyan
15 August, 2019The Banyan celebrated Independence Day at all its centres with a lot of fun and frolic. Children turned out in the various avatars of freedom fighters and were inspired by their stories of heroics and sacrifices. The event was is was held to inculcate the feeling of patriotism and pride in them.
The celebrations also coincided with Raksha Bandhan which was celebrated with equal vigour at The Banyan. Centre`s across India saw children sporting rakhis on their arms and enjoying the day.
