The Banyan, a world-class pre-school and corporate day care entity was established under the expertise and guidance of our Director, Mr. Nitesh Jain in 2003. It is a growing educational institution with centres in different regions such as Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Gurgaon and Karnataka. It now has a PAN India presence. Our play-school and day care centre takes care of children as little as 3 months all the way up to 12 years. We also run after school programme for older children. Summer and winter camps are the major highlights of our venture to make learning fun and engaging.

The Banyan is part of a larger entity called, Best Group which has been operational for over four decades in 17 different locations all across India in a variety of sectors such as Automotive, Consulting, Education, and Technology. We have strong partnerships with global majors across US, Germany, Netherlands and Japan, giving us an advantage to serve our customers with cutting edge technology products.

We are committed to making the workplace more conducive to employees, especially women. Juggling home and work is no less than an Olympic game. Hence, we believe in empowering the women workforce so that they can march forward and realise their dreams. With that vision in mind, we have partnered with many leading organisations such as HCL, GE, NTPC, Indian Habitat Centre, Taj, Indigo, ATS Green, Vivanta by Taj, Met Life and Arawali Power Company to manage Corporate Day Care Centres within their premises. As more and more women join the workforce and take over leadership roles, corporate day care is the need of the hour. It not only supports employees to perform better but shows them that ‘you care.’ And that goes a long way in retaining employees and building their trust.
