FSSAI NanheKadam to be managed by The Banyan

FSSAI, housed in FDA Bhawan, New Delhi in a pioneering move launched a state of the art day care centre, NanheKadam in compliance with the amendments to the Maternity Benefits Act, April 2017.

The day care centre will be managed by The Banyan, the education arm of Best Group to provide holistic day-care services for the employees of FSSAI, CDSCO and neighbouring Government organizations The implementation of this day care facility with an excellent infrastructure and professional management in partnership with The Banyan demonstrates commitment of FSSAI towards employee engagement and sets an example for all Government and Non-Government organizations.

The new centre at Kotla Road, New Delhi is a visual treat, well designed and offers a safe and secure environment. It would be catering to the needs of children across different age groups from 6months up to 6 years. The programmes being offered by The Banyan have been creatively designed to enhance the learning capabilities of children in a fun and explorative manner.

The centre was inaugurated by Secretary Health , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ms Preeti Sudan . She along with the CEO , FSSAI, Mr Pawan Agarwal are hopeful that the initiative will prove its worth in times to come.
